You are solely responsible for your User Content and the consequences of posting or publishing it. You affirm, represent, and warrant that you own or have the necessary licenses, rights, consents, and permissions to publish any User Content you submit.

5.3 Prohibited Content

You agree not to use our services to create, upload, or share content that:

• Is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or invasive of privacy
• Infringes any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright, or other intellectual property rights
• Contains software viruses or any other computer code designed to interrupt, destroy, or limit the functionality of any computer software or hardware

The ContentPro AI service, including its original content, features, functionality, and user interface, is owned by ContentPro AI and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

6.2 License to Use

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use our services for your personal or business purposes.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event shall ContentPro AI, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the services
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the services
• Any content obtained from the services
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from or relating to these Terms or our services shall not exceed the amount paid by you to ContentPro AI during the 12 months preceding such claim.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. ContentPro AI expressly disclaims all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the services will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free, or that any content generated through our services will be accurate, reliable, or meet your requirements.

9. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless ContentPro AI, its officers, directors, employees, and agents, from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including without limitation reasonable attorney's fees and costs, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another.

10. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. If we make material changes to these Terms, we will notify you by email or by posting a notice on our website. Your continued use of our services after such notification constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
